Shooting in Finnish city of Imatra, local politician and 2 reporters dead
Last night a 23-year old man shot a local politician, Tiina Wilen-Jäppinen, and two reporters from a newspaper, Uutisvuoksi. For some reason the names of the two reporters were have not been released, or at least have not been mentioned in the media. All victims were women. The shooting happened apparently on the street in front of a bar or restaurant called Vuoksenvahti.
Looking at how the main stream media has reported on this story I smell something rotten. First of all, MTV 3 news says the suspect chose his victims randomly, and the police has no idea about his motive. How can they know he shot them randomly if they don’t know the motive? It does not add up.
Second, YLE news (the Finnish “BBC”) made a whole article praising the dead politician, Tiina Wilen-Jäppinen. The article mainly lists many of the positive aspects, like how she was humane and empathetic, liked motor cycles and so forth. She hasn’t been dead for 24 hours yet, and we don’t know the whole story about the shooting incident, we don’t even know the names of the two dead reporters. Aren’t these hero worship articles supposed to be put out a bit later?
Third, YLE interviewed a court psychiatrist, Alo Jüriloo (Estonian name?), about this shooting. This too is too early. We don’t know if the shooter was mentally unhinged, we don’t know his motive, we don’t know anything, yet YLE is indirecly suggesting that the alleged shooter was insane. Moreover the psychiatrist is quoted as saying that we cannot stop shootings like these in a free democratic society, although we can try to reduce them by offering help to mentally unstable people and affect the availability of guns. This might be a false flag to push for gun control, but I doubt it. It sounds more like some politicians have been saying in Germany or France that we just have to learn live with terrorism.
[A gunman killed three women in an apparent random shooting in a nightlife district in a small town in southeastern Finland, police said Sunday.]
[The victims were gunned down in a pedestrian area outside a restaurant late Saturday in the town of Imatra just before a police patrol car arrived to the scene around midnight .]
[The suspect obeyed officers and didn’t resist arrest, she said. The three victims were shot multiple times in the head and torso with a rifle]
This leads me to question of the identity of the alleged shooter. We only know he is a 23-year old man who lives in Imatra. MTV 3 mentioned he is Finnish. He apparently has a criminal record which includes acts of violence. So far I’m inclined to believe that he is an immigrant, he may be a Finnish citizen, but how the media has avoided blaming him suggests he might be an African or Islamic immigrant. Nowadays it is not politically correct to admit it whenever an immigrant does anything criminal.
Other possibility is that the three dead women, or perhaps one of the reporters was investigating something important and they were silenced. Perhaps the reporters had uncovered a scandal and were discussing it with the politician and they were shot to cover up the scandal. The suspect they apprehended could be a patsy, or for all I know some sort of Manchurian candidate. I am inclined to think the shooting had something to do with the reporters, since most of the attention has been on the politician. It seems as if the media is trying to direct our attention toward her.
[One of the victims has been named as Tiina Wilén-Jäppinen, who was the chairman of Imatra City Council.]
The Finnish police’s website says that the situation was confusing as the squad arrived on the scene. There were three dead people on the street. Passers-by pointed out the shooter who had been at the scene. The suspect did not resist or try to flee. The police apprehended him. The suspect’s car was at the crime scene and the police found a gun in the trunk.
This does not make sense. Based on this story the suspect shot the three women, went to his car, put his gun (a hunting rifle according to MTV 3) in the trunk and stayed on the scene. The eye-witnesses also did not flee from the killer, but stayed on the scene. They all happily waited for the police to arrive. Something is amiss.
Moreover the media, at least YLE, is pushing this narrative that the shooter was insane and acting randomly although it is impossible for them to know that yet. It seems there is some sort of cover up and YLE is trying to divert our attention to pointless stuff, like the humane nature of Tiina-Wilen Jäppinen.
The Finnish independence day is on December 6th, two days from now. Who knows if this is some sort of false flag to make patriots look bad, but I’m more inclined to think this was assassination to silence people who knew too much.
