No one seems bothered with 16 Muslim countries where Israelis are banned

Countries that do not accept Israeli passports

Sixteen countries forbid admission to Israeli passport holders:

  •  Algeria
  •  Bangladesh
  •  Brunei
  •  Iran
  •  Iraq (except Iraqi Kurdistan)
  •  Kuwait
  •  Lebanon (neighboring country; territory dispute – Shebaa farms)
  •  Libya
  •  Malaysia (Clearance permit needed from the Ministry of Home Affairs.)
  •  Oman
  •  Pakistan (Clearance permit needed from the Ministry of Internal Security.)
  •  Saudi Arabia
  •  Sudan
  •  Syria (neighboring country; territory dispute – Golan Heights)
  •  United Arab Emirates (accepted for transit only; not allowed for admission)
  •  Yemen

In addition, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen do not allow entry to people with evidence of travel to Israel, or whose passports have either a used or an unused Israeli visa. As a consequence, many countries will allow for a second passport to be issued to citizens wishing to circumvent this restriction.

      • Well how do we know there’s no outcry in Israel? But also, Israel have made it perfectly clear that although they are in the Middle East, their politics are totally outside of the interests of the Middle East. Bit like us and Europe, now. We stuck 2 fingers up at them, so now they’ve rejected us from the single market and Theresa May is running around like a headless chicken making deals with despots. It’s all fairly self-explanatory.

And yes, re the OP – that’s human nature. We mostly rise to the bait when we think something will affect us, and for people we identify with, not otherwise. Or do all these people who keep using this argument of “why weren’t you marching ten years ago” think we should all quit our jobs and become professional marchers? It’s a moot point. Also – if that’s the argument…if we should be just as annoyed about muslim countries disallowing israelis, as Trump banning the countries that essentially are reacting to regime-change attempts by the American government (Lybia, Iraq, Syria…)…if we’re all global citizens and everything is equal…why was the country up in arms about Lee Rigby, yet couldn’t give a damn about even trying to figure out the truth about what’s going on in Syria (which let me tell you isn’t what is shown on the BBC), let alone helping in anyway. All of these arguments are hypocritical and futile.

  2. Israel’s indisputable rights to the land of Israel are ingrained in history, archaeological findings, international law and possession.
Just like the Arab States have not been required to defend their legitimacy, Israel should also not be required to defend its’ legitimacy while Israel’s Jewish legitimacy to Jerusalem and The Land of Israel predates Islam by over a thousand years. The 21 Arab States received over 12 million sq. km. of territory with a wealth of oil reserves and the State of Israel was allocated about 120,000 sq. km (but today they have about 21,000 sq. km., since the new Arab Palestinian state of Jordan was occupying over three quarters of Jewish allocated territory) these territories were set up by the Supreme Allied Powers after WWI, when the Ottoman Empire relinquished its title to the territories to the Supreme Allied Powers.
The British were assigned as trustee for the Jewish people to help reconstitute the Jewish State as Implemented by the San Remo Treaty of 1920 and the 1919 Faisal Weizmann Agreement. The San Remo Treaty adopted the Balfour Declaration of 1917 and the Balfour Declaration emulated Napoleon’s 1799 intent to reconstitute The Land of Israel for the Jewish people. Of importance is the fact that treaty terms and documents and minutes of the deliberations proving there was no state allocation of land to any other people or nation other than the Jewish people in The Historical Land of Israel. It should also be noted the League of Nations implementing the Agreement set up the Mandate for Palestine as a State for the Jewish people with exclusive political rights and with the provision that Jewish communities and habitation is granted in all the territory of The Mandate for Palestine aka The Land of Israel.
The Jewish people who lived in The Land of Israel for over 4,000 years had additional Jewish immigration in the mid-1800’s. Joining the local Jewish people with the infusion of more Jewish immigration, capital, resources, funding and with the explicit permission by the Ottoman government, started developing the desolate land. Within a short time the Jewish people started turning the desert and desolation into green pastures, thus, building an economy, agriculture, housing and industry. Many Arabs from neighboring depressed states, who viewed this development as an opportunity for work and an improved standard of living, came to work in Palestine aka The Land of Israel.
It is of interest in this conflict to take into consideration. The Arab countries expelled over a million Jewish families and their children, confiscated all their assets, personal valuables, businesses, homes and land 6 times the size of Israel (120,440 sq. km. or 46,332 sq. miles valued today in the trillions of dollars). Most of these expelled Jewish families from Arab countries were resettled in The Land of Israel Israel.
Over the past 69 years Israel has become a thriving nation with exemplary innovation in education, technology, high tech industry and medicine. Many nations admire Israel’s outstanding development and innovation, and the world nations have come to depend on it. Israel has always been extending a helping hand to any nation that wants to learn and advance in industry, technology and medicine.
The Arab-Palestinians saw an opportunity to get land and a country that was developed and flourished by the Jewish people. They decided that through intimidation, harassment and violence to usurp the Jewish habitants into capitulating to their scheme of an Arab-Palestinian State on Land allocated to the Jewish people. The Arab-Palestinians live on charity from the nations of the world. They are unwilling to help themselves. After the 1967 war when Israel defeated the 5 Arab armies who tried to destroy it, Israel started employing many of the Arabs in the liberated Jewish territory, educating them in agriculture and water resources. In the following years the standard of living of the Arabs jumped 5 fold and more, and their economy and housing blossomed. When the terrorist organization entered the picture and instigated the Arab population to start suicide bombing terror and violence against the Israelis, the economic advancement was slowed down if not halted. The dire predicament of the Arab-Palestinians is of their own making.

    • The rest of the story would be the expulsion of innocent Palistinians from their homes, where they lived peacefully among Jews, Christian, and Muslims alike, in order to give their homes and towns to the displaced Jews, as approved by the UN and overseen by Great Brittain, and brutally treated as they were sent away with virtually nothing. Why is not this side of the story not told around the world? (Ref: The Lemon Tree, and Blood Brothers… Both true life experiences in book form telling their side of the story) I strongly encourage everyone read these two books as starters for enlightenment.

      • They NEVER live peacefully amongst anyone. Where do you get this fairytale from? Christians have problems celebrating their own traditions due to Palestinian threats, attacks and intimidations. Palestinians say all the time that if they had free access into Israel they would take over and kill the Israelis. How is that peaceful? You live in a fantasy world.

I hope you’ll be just as consistent in your ‘righteous indignation’ over these brutal crimes also. Perhaps you’ll evacuate and head back to the land of your ancestry…
Why are these sides of ‘the story’ never told by your type during Israel/Palestine discussions??? (Pssssst – because its inconvenient to those who are now happily living in British colonised countries where their ancestors murdered, drowned etc the ‘original occupiers’).
Sorry luv, the Hamas and Hezbollah charters are very clear. They want the Jews wiped out!! THAT is what is the issue here. They will only be happy when they have fulfilled the words of their own ‘prophecy’ – “The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. “O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.”

    • According to your historical possession argument, the descendants of the canaanites should own the land, since they were there before the Jews came. My point is: historical possession punctuated by long periods of loss of possession is not a valid argument.

As for internationalrecognition of Israel: if you care so much for international law, I suppose you would also vehemently condemn Israel’s expansion of settlements into Jerusalem, which international law prohibits?

The REAL law breakers here are the manic Muslims who seek the destruction of Jews – Period. Do you honestly believe that they will morph into a lovely, Jew-adoring, peace-loving people if they are given Jerusalem??
Clearly, the Hamas charter resolves to wipe the Jews out. Clearly, Hezbollah shares the same genocidal aim. Their aim is not to “end the occupation of Palestine,” or even to “liberate all of Palestine.” Its goal is to kill the world’s Jews. Listen to the words of its leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah: “If Jews all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide.” They are rabidly attempting to fulfil the words of their own ‘prophecy’: “The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. “O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.”
THAT is the issue here and that teeny, tiny city of Jerusalem has absolutely NOTHING, ZILCH, NOUGHT, NADA to do with it!!!

    • Actually these Jews are the godfathers of Muslims and source of Islamic fundamentalism. May be many among the Jews have now grown modern but still the legacy persists. All the ugly customs like circumcision, burqa and even the manner of prayer (namaz) the Muslims, more so fundamentalists, inherited from Jewish orthodoxy. So both kinds of fundamentalists are dangerous. We have seen how the Mossad-CIA operation achieved the worst urban terrorist carnage in 9/11 attacks and used that as pretext to invade Middle East Muslim countries and Afghanistan and decimate lakhs of Muslims and at the same time create Islamic terrorist groups too. So long as Israel works for democracy and secularism and respects human rights and other entitlements of people, one can tolerate and even appreciate but its bullying conduct and genocidal attacks and terrorizing covert plannings and actions are really and seriously condemnable. Let all sides to the Middle East conflict to keep Jerusalem as an international ‘holy’ city under the jurisdiction of the United Nations and let Palestine state be created on the West Bank cleared of Jewish Settlements and Israel be recognized and assured of secure borders in the rest of the territories it is occupying now – with some give and take arrangements.

If Israel lays down her weapons, there will be no more Israel. It’s that obvious and that simple. Commander Richard Kemp has made it crystal clear. The IDF has repeatedly made huge attempts to warn Palestinians of their intent to bomb Hamas hideouts. They rain hundreds of thousands of leaflets and make thousands of phone calls to clear the area of civilians. Hamas deliberately hide behind the human shields of Schools, Hospitals, Nurseries…. They are not the slightest bit interested in peace. Their religious goal is destruction of the Jews and they will NOT suddenly morph into wonderful, Jew-loving people even if they are handed the entire city of Jerusalem.

    • Name a Palestinian King. Show us Palestinian coinage. Say or write anything in the Palestinian language.

“Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper Trouw published an interview with Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee member Zahir Muhsein. Here’s what he said:

The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose Zionism.

For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan.

The same with all of the land Israel won in the 67 war. All the countries have to do is not attack them and acknowledge their right to exist and they will give the land back including the West Bank. The only country to do this is Egypt and when they did this Israel gave them the Sinai back. you should do some more reading.

      • I don’t think Israel is prepared to give back the territories it occupied in 1967 War or later. Especially it is not going to give up Jerusalem (East) and clear the Jewish settlements in the West Bank, rather it is day by day increasing the settlements. Having been decimated by the European fascists Jews, especially orthodox among those, seem to have developed a sort of revenge mentality, which they are exhibiting and applying against Muslims of Middle East now. The Muslims of Middle East – mainly Arabs – are also a despicable lot who would rather live a destitute and wretched life in fundamentalist reactionary ideology and culture than modernize, grow more democratic and secular and agree and learn to coexist with other religionists and nationalities. So both kinds of fundamentalism need to be condemned strongly and I think recently many Arab countries including Saudi Arabia and Jordan came forward to recognize [or have they already done so?] Israel and coexist peacefully with it if Israel comes forward to solve the Palestinian problem and agrees for the establishment of a Palestinian State in the West Bank and Gaza strip and disbands its settlements in the West Bank.

You have to congratulate this love of tradition cemented in the concept of recycling their divine instruments to the progeny of their progeny.

Imagine the honor if your family [or tribe or clan] used a wiping stone taken from the original Kaaba. Why, the Prophet Himself (pbuh) could have used that very stone!! Those old boys down at the mosque [NEVER take a young boy to a mosque] would be Islamic green with envy!
