They are “not lacking equipment, just staff”. So who supplies them with equipment? Some Muslim “charity” funded by mosques and even government funding and donations by dhimmis.

An Australian man claiming to be a doctor has appeared in an Islamic State propaganda video urging other health professionals to join the group’s new health service.
The video, published on Friday, has not been verified but has been circulated by IS-linked social media accounts.
It shows a young doctor calling himself Abu Yusuf explain that he travelled from Australia to the IS stronghold of Raqqa, in Syria, to live under the caliphate and use his medical skills to help others.

“I saw this as part of my jihad for Islam, to help the muslims ummah (community) in the area that I could, which is the medical field,” he says, speaking in an Australian accent.
“It’s disappointing to think how many fellow Muslim brothers and sisters who are in the medical field – doctors and nurses, physios, dentists – are still living in the West.
“Unfortunately the Muslims here a really suffering, from not necessarily a lack of equipment or medicine but mainly a lack of qualified medical care.”
The doctor appears in a part of the video entitled “pediatrics” and is shown tending to babies in incubators.
He says being in IS-controlled territory lived up to his expectations and it was a decision that made him “very happy”.
“It’s a good system that they’re running here. Everything lived up to my expectations completely and we really need your help,” he says.
“I wished that I’d come a lot sooner.”
Fairfax Media has not been able to confirm whether the man is a qualified doctor.
