This past Friday, a legal brief was filed asking a federal judge to find the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) liable to five of its former clients for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. This brief is said to prove that all these allegations are true, and that CAIR is not the do-gooder, civil rights organization it claims to be.
